Safety is paramount and the MD is a qualified Civil Engineer as well as having 21 years industry experience. Tracy is a qualified Health & Safety professional and all our crew are DBS cleared and have completed the MUTA Safe Structures course.

Mike McTeague – AKA The MD

Mike is the man behind the business who has over 21 years industry experience and is the ‘technical brains’. Being a Civil Engineer, you are in very capable hands. When it comes to marquees and events, there is nothing Mike has not seen or done. Mike is able to put our new clients at ease when he meets them to discuss the technicalities and this is why we have so many lovely clients who then return – because they trust him. He has so many ideas and knows what will and will not work. Listen to him, he does know what he is talking about! Going above and beyond is his mantra. In fact, to quote a new employee, ‘It’s great working with Mike because you know it’s all going to get done and when there is a problem, he knows what to do’.

Tracy Hammond – job title unknown!

Tracy is back running the office for us on a full time basis so she will be the point of contact for all of our new and existing clients. She is keen to ensure that a seamless process is followed for all of our clients and that a high standard of service is delivered by the Lulu’s Team.

With qualifications in H&S (not something she shouts about) and a strong events background, she is our ‘go to’ person to get events organised, set up safely and delivered on time.

Loving interiors and design, she also helps clients with decor both inside and out and with a many a year under her belt now can help make your marquee stand out from the crowd.

When it comes to weddings, Tracy is like ‘another mum’ fussing over the detail from booking through to ‘I do’! She will remain on the end of the phone for any questions, no matter how silly you may think they are. Her aim is for brides and clients to have a stress free experience with us.

Bushie – aka Marquee Pooch

Bushie is often seen out and about with Mike, close to his heels.

Wonderful at keeping morale up on site, herding the team when they go astray and great at finishing up packed lunches.

A friendly face and a waggy tail for whoever she meets.
